At Hearthly Finds, we want your order to arrive safely and with as little hassle as possible. We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping carrier. For orders shipped to Canada, most products are expected to arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after processing.

Some items in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Shipping Delays
Although we work with our fulfillment partners to provide reliable delivery, occasional delays can occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact Hearthly Finds and we will help investigate the issue.
